DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING POLICY:

In spanishuptile.es, we have several shipping options although we always make shipments through courier companies. To know exactly how much your shipment will cost, keep in mind that this will depend on several factors: the destination, the selected delivery time, the amount of the purchase and the weight of the shipment.

Our rates are as follows:

Transportation is not included. Contact us if you want us to manage your order.

Keep in mind that for delivery times to be met you must place the order before the cut-off time. After this cut-off time, the order will be processed the next day, since we cannot deliver it to the transport company. Please note that the cut-off time depends on the selected transport.  If you choose standard shipping the cut-off time is 17h and if you choose express shipping the cut-off time is 14h.

Orders paid by transfer will not be effective until we receive the amount of the transfer in our current account. Through the rest of the means of payment, the order will begin to be prepared immediately. If the order is urgent, we recommend not using bank transfer as a payment method.

Whenever you place an order on spanishuptile.es we will inform you by email when we have proceeded with the shipment. In addition, we will monitor the delivery and contact you if there are any problems. That is why we ask that you provide us with a phone in the order process.

DELIVERY TIME AND DAY:

Keep in mind that transport companies only work from Monday to Friday. They do not distribute on Saturdays or, of course, Sundays or holidays. In addition, when we give you approximate delivery dates, we do not take into account whether it is a local or regional holiday at the place of destination; we only consider national and local holidays of origin.

We cannot guarantee a delivery time. Transport companies can make the delivery throughout the agreed day before 20:00. However, it will be possible to indicate an approximate schedule that the company will try to comply with, but it is not obligated. In case they do not locate you, the transport company will try a second delivery agreed with you. If after the second attempt they do not locate you, you must pick up the order at the facilities of the transport company.

ORDER NOT DELIVERED:

If an order is shipped and cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer, the amount paid for the shipping costs will not be refunded, having to pay other shipping costs for the reshipment of the goods.

LIABILITY IN THE DEADLINES AND CARRIER:

Delivery times are indicative, they can not be taken as a safe guarantee although, generally, in 90% of orders we fulfill them. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to modify the transport company with which we will send you the package, but always maintaining the transit times.

The liability of spanishuptile.es is limited in cases of force majeure (strikes, adverse weather phenomena that prevent normal traffic by land, sea or air,…). In these cases, orders will be delivered as soon as possible, and the deadlines indicated above will not apply.

REGISTRATION AND YOUR spanishuptile.es ACCOUNT

In the purchase process we offer you the possibility to join spanishuptile.es registering and creating an account. By registering your identification and shipping data you can speed up the process in subsequent purchases by simply selecting one of the shipping addresses that you can store, being able to create several, modify them, delete them or introduce new ones.

RETURN POLICY

Within fifteen days of receipt of your order, you can return it assuming the amount of the return costs.

As is logical, we can accept product returns as long as you return the order with all your products, with its original packaging and its original seal without breaking, with all its accessories and in perfect condition. In the event that you request the return of a product already opened, you can only return it if it retains at least 80% of its original content. In this case, you must return it to us in its original packaging and in the best possible condition to be accepted.

We will not be able to accept returns of products that do not come in their original packaging, unless they are defective due to some type of damage during shipping.

If you have received an erroneous product shipment (we apologize in advance) we will assume the costs of returning the product and shipping the new product as soon as possible.

Instructions to return a product: To return a product contact us, with the order data, your identification, reasons for the return and a photo of the product as it arrived in the case of being defective. We will respond as soon as possible and give you the shipping address for the return of the product.

If all the requirements are met, once we receive the returned order or product we will proceed to the payment of the total amount of the order or the shipment of a new one, according to what you choose. The shipment of the returned products must be done using the same spanishuptile.es box that we have sent you, or in some similar format that guarantees the return in perfect condition and a copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package indicating the reasons for the return.
